Annual Well Woman Exam

Everyone in the office is fantastic except for the front desk receptionist that is closest to the window where you check in and you check out. She has a nose ring and curly hair. And when you’re in the waiting room standing in front of the glass she’s on the far left closest to the door. My appointment date and time was Monday April 7th at 8:50. Whenever I was checking out, I asked her a question because I was told by the doctor a few different responses and every time I would ask her a question she rolled her eyes and her tone of voice was super dismissive and rude. I’ve tried really hard to get past this and think maybe she had a bad day but to roll your eyes like a little child is super unprofessional. My thing is if you don’t like your job go get another job. I’ve always had a great experience when coming to GRACE OBGYN. But I left feeling stupid for asking questions about my health and I shouldn’t have to feel this way.
