When I am able to see Dr Munoz, he is thorough, professional and compassionate. However, it is extremely difficult to receive a call back or response to online messages from him or nurse. He said he would call my Rx refill in this visit. It’s been a week since my last visit and I’ve not received any confirmation from his office that the Rx was submitted. Last time it took 6 weeks of me calling and sending messages before his nurse returned my call to simply refill my Rx. She told me Dr M doesn’t read the portal messages. The automated phone also doesn’t recognize patient DOB. So I fear that I am going to once again go another 6 weeks without my meds because no one reads messages or return calls.
