I was told that Dr. Kidd was running one hour late. Then I asked to come back. They said I couldn't leave. I asked for permission to leave. Then they said she was actually only 15 late. I agreed to stay with that update. Then I sat in the room for 1 hour with no check-in. I left without seeing Dr. Kidd. I canceled my appointment on the way out. Now I have switched doctors.

I arrived at my routine/yearly appointment a few minutes early. They were able to get me settled in a room quickly, and I didn't have to wait around awkward and naked in a gown all morning. Dr. Kidd came in right away, and was friendly and pleasant as always. I've been her patient for 16+ years, through two pregnancies, and we picked up right where we left off over a year ago. Catching up on life and motherhood, she really makes you feel important, and that she has a vested interest in your life and family. Gyno appointments in general can be uncomfortable/unsettling, however Dr. Kidd makes it feel easy and comfortable.
