The office staff weren't as customer service oriented as I would have expected from one of the most sought after offices in the area. I was also disappointed in the comments made by the nurse on my age as an as the dr not being familiar with my health history.

3 weeks to get in for a telehealth appointment is far too long. And 30 minutes of waiting, from initial contact to startup of call, was too long. This pushed my schedule out of whack for the next few hours. Allow more space between calls/patients.
