    I’ve been seeing Bilicia well over 6yrs and she’s great gotta leave her, however she seem to be in such rush these pass few times I’ve seen her. Real quick in and out she does discover minor problems and doesn’t explain the problem she finds on you just does a printout hands it over to you and says bye.

    The support staff lack customer service skills. No one appeared pleasant. The staff appeared to be unhappy with their job duties. They were all very dry when asking questions. The front desk did not even greet the clients. I understand people are busy but the fact that they were all so unhappy and unsociable was just annoying.

    This is the only doctors office we’re getting from check in to examination ran very efficiently. My appointment was set for 10:30, I had to fill paperwork out and was done by 10:35. I was seen by 10:38 and was out the door by 10:54. Most efficient doctors visit I’ve ever been too. And it didn’t even dip into quality of care. Dr. Fay still was very thorough and asked if I had any questions, I didn’t feel rushed.
