My appt was moved up a day due to the weather. I was asked to have my appt at 11:45. I was taken back shortly but waited in the room for nearly an hour. When I asked the assistant how much longer my wait would be she just said I was next. She didn’t seem concerned on the urgency I expressed due to leaving work and needing to get back.

Gynecological Problem Visit

Dr.Reid’s behavior was borderline unprofessional. I was the last patient of the day and she seemed annoyed from the moment she set foot in the door (I don’t think she even said hello). She was aggravated at the overall situation and chose to direct her annoyance at me. She was argumentative (kept interrupting) and condescending when I tried to ask questions to the point of me just giving up trying. I was honestly shocked at her behavior as I have been her patient for over 10 years (I have only been seen for preventative care). This was by far the worst doctor-patient interaction that I have ever had (& I’m 54 with 4 children).
