Endometrial Biopsy

The confusion and misinformation before the appointment was disappointing. The staff at the clinic are impersonal and almost robot like. They need more training on interpersonal skills and patient services. Dr Schumman took her time at the appointment, explained things well. The procedure was uncomfortable and highly suggest taking Tylenol or ibuprofen prior to the appointment. A follow up call the day after would have been appreciated. Instead I received a call about a colonoscopy.
