I think they have the best staff. They know you by your name and talk to you like a real person, not just a number. Love the girls. As for Dr. Imtiaz, she is just a beautiful person inside and out. She never makes you feel rushed when you are asking her a lot of questions, even when she is busy. And of course, very professional! I personally never dread having to go every year for my yearly checkup, and always when I am leaving, they tell me goodbye and acknowledge me. I feel blessed to be one of their patients.

Dr. Imtiaz was not kind or patient with me during my check up/follow up visit for medication. When asked how I was doing on my medication I explained feelings of being overwhelmed currently and was told I needed to see a therapist. She mentioned this twice during my visit. I said nothing that warranted needing to see a therapist. I am not against therapy or going to talk to someone but the way she spoke to me was very judgmental and talking down to me. This is not the first time I have been treated this way by her. She is either very kind or not so kind.

Dr. Imtiaz has lost her bedside manner. I’ve been seeing her for many years and seems her focus is more on all the rejuvenation procedures versus listening to patients. Speaking to her about hormonal or aging issues is useless - her answer is a pill or telling you to not be so anxious and just enjoy the changes.

When I asked for options and explanations the doctor seemed ver annoyed and didn’t want to explain the options available, and told me what should I tell you if you end up not believe it ( just because after about 3 years of using the pellets I wanted to change as painful and expensive) I’ve been wiith this doctor for over 7 years and her attitude and treatment was ver disappointing to me.
