she was great, did her job well and explained things well . it took 6 months just to get an appointment. which is what it is but then after 6 months you get a day before reminder of your appointment, i showed up and im told that my doctor is running an hour behind, maybe more. so on my workday i took the time off for the appointment, drove 20 minutes away just to have to wait for over an hour to be seen. i get stuff happens but i feel if you valued your patients, you would value their time, and their employment. a call ahead letting me know my doctor was running that far behind would have been very appreciated. i could have made appropriate time changes to my work schedule and travel time to account for the delay but i wasnt given that option. in total it took 3 hours of my day to get a basic womans wellness exam done.

I have been a patient since 2002. Getting an appointment is always challenging, and even when you have scheduled, sometimes they call you to reschedule or cancel. On the other hand, Dr. Holy Castello is very knowledgeable. She listened carefully to all patients' concerns and provided care options for you. I have never been rushed out of the office with no clear treatment plan. She is actually the reason why I didn't change to other locations.
