In addition to seeing patients in office, he also assist the providers with surgeries deliveries and robotic procedures. “With good people, you will do good things.” This is what he has been accomplishing here at Midland Women’s clinic since he started. James enjoys helping his fellow colleagues and the patients of Midland and the surrounding areas.

My annual appointment was originally scheduled for the prior week. Due to an emergency within the doctor's office, it was rescheduled for the following week approximately 1 hour before the appointment. I was already fasting for the annual lab work, so was given permission to continue with getting that part completed on the original appointment day. Upon arriving the next week, I told the receptionist I had already completed the lab work. When the nurse came to get me to see the doctor, she wasn't aware I had completed the lab work and proceeded to ask me to give another urine analysis. I indicated I had completed all the annual lab work the week before and all results were posted in the portal. Upon seeing the doctor, he too again indicated he would need to get the results from my lab work to see how everything was looking. Since I already knew the results and was taking medications, I once again indicated the lab results were completed and posted. We then reviewed the labs together after I saw the doctor in the exam room. The appointment went well and I do not have any complaints or issues with the service. I was a little concerned as to the lack of communication surrounding my completed lab work from the previous week.

Lab Work

I got to facility before it opened, waiting until the doors were opened. I checked in and was told if I wait longer than 15 minutes to let them know. At 8:40 I told them that it had been longer than 15 minutes. I was told the lab didn't open until 8:30 so it will be a few more minutes. At 9 am, I went back to the desk and they said to go on back, I was not called back. Once in the lab, I was attended to immediately.
