She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG). Since 2011, Dr. Fay has taken great pride in her work at the Caring Center for Women. She is a member of the Texas Medical Association (TMA), TriCounty Medical Society, and the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists (AAGL). Whether she is delivering babies or performing life-saving surgeries, Dr. Fay has medical privileges at many local medical facilities, including the Central Texas Medical Center and Resolute Health Hospital. In addition, Dr. Fay serves as the medical director for Family Planning Clinics in Hays County since 2011, and as the department chair of the OBGYN department at Central Texas Medical Center since 2016.

The appointment felt a little rushed. It can be very disconcerting to bring to the table that overnight fasting is causing high sugar numbers in the mornings and then to have intermittant fasting suggested to me. I get that it's a good boilerplate for a lot of women in menopause, but my primary care and I have already dismissed that as an appropriate protocol given other health concerns even before I started tracking blood sugar. The care is amazing, but it was just a rushed on the 23rd. And I fully understand that the rushed feeling is due to a too-many-patients-too-few-OB/GYNs which itself is in part to bad politicial decisions in Texas. I am very grateful for Dr Fay and she is an amazing medical practitioner.
