She took the time to talk with me, found ways to calm any anxiety, and my exam was painless, a big improvement for me. She also answered all my questions and asked about lab work, and encouraged me to see an endocrinologist which we had discussed last year. I did not feel rushed.

Obstetrical (Pregnancy) Ultrasound / Sonogram

Medical staff is awesome, kind and informative. I would love to give 5 stars but the administrative staff at the front desk never greet you when you walk in. You walk up to the window and they continue to stare at their computer and don’t acknowledge you. It’s extremely rude and unprofessional. Even if you are busy, you can tell the patient that you will be with them in one moment or give them a quick instruction on what to do. Ive heard other patients complain about the same thing.

Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)

The care I received from start to finish was Kind and felt connected rather than distant and clinical. This was so comforting. Katheryn focused on me, she then gave sound clear advice about steps to help me with my issues . I trust her knowledge about hormone replacement and will be moving over to her for that care. I also received sound advice about asking for more help with a therapist, which I know I need, but hearing her voice concern made it more clear. She took time to set up all the after care appointments, bone density, mammogram and blood tests and hand them to me . I felt cared for and that alone is healing ! ❤️‍?

IUD Insertion / Removal

I was treated with great care and respect. I felt calm and reassured throughout the visit despite arriving very nervous by all the professionals. I felt thoroughly cared for, too, and we problem solved my pain and what brought me in. I left so relieved and confident in this team and especially Kathryn. Later in the car ride home I thought, I could have felt embarrassed by this, but it never happened in office, due to the respect and attentive care to my concerns. Thank you so much! Please see my previous comment, I am so grateful for how much care and respect I received for my concern. I'm glad it wasn't what I thought was going on, and extra glad I was never ashamed for coming in with my concern anyway. I was so scared by the time I arrived and my nerves were only calmed and my questions thoroughly heard and addressed. Thank you so much!
