Dr. Michon McCloud was raised in St. Petersburg, Florida. She graduated from Howard University with a Liberal Arts degree in Zoology in 1989. She then completed her medical training at UMDNJ- Newark where she received her MD in 1995. Dr McCLoud completed four years of residency in OB/GYN at Jersey City Medical Center in New Jersey in 2000.

She was a private practitioner in the field until 2008 when she became a Hospitalist in Pennsylvania. Dr. McCloud and her family moved to Texas in 2014 where she continued to be a hospitalist in OB/GYN. She has gained great experience working with high risk pregnancies.

She has a husband, two teenage kids, and they are first time dog owners. She is a drill team and hockey mom, and enjoys crafting and road cycling. Now that her kids are older, she is looking forward to returning to private practice.

Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)

The process to get an appointment was difficult. My appointment was booked out 4 months! I needed an appointment to facilitate medication refills and had to book another appointment to speak to someone before medication could be refilled. I am thankful for that appointment, but a 2nd appointment would not have been necessary if I could have had an appointment sooner. Thank you for your exceptional care. I appreciate you!

This is never an appointment people look forward to, but from start to finish it was a great experience. The front desk staff greeted me immediately. The nurse came to get me soon after. Dr. McCloud is extremely personable, kind and thorough making an awkward situation less so. 10 stars. Would recommend. I don’t know how you keep such a busy practice running close to on time, but kudos to you all.

The wait is excruciating long. The sonogram was scheduled for noon and doc visit at 12:30. We were there from noon till 2pm because we had to wait for sonogram past the app time, then wait over 40 mins for the doc appointment. Then there was extra wait to get blood drawn after the appointment. This seems to be typical with most appointments and even phone calls, long wait times.
