About Koteswara Kunda, MD
Dr. Koteswara Kunda is a board-certified OB/GYN practicing in Central Texas for more than 16 years. He went to Washington University in Saint Louis for college, University of Missouri-Columbia for medical school and back to Washington University for residency in OB/GYN. After practicing in Saint Louis for 7 years, he and his family moved to San Marcos.
He has been board certified in OB/GYN since 1999 and has experience in all aspects of OB/GYN, from adolescent to menopause.
With more than 27 years of experience, he has been involved in normal and complicated medical issues in women’s health care. He has delivered more than 5,000 babies. He has been named a “Top Obstetrician and Gynecologist” multiple times.
He is very careful in deciding what aspects of care he offers his patients. He has been certified in da Vinci robotic surgery for many years. He is the first in the area to offer Manual Myosure for removal of endometrial polyps in office.
